In the cellar, winemaking follows a simple and respectful approach: 30% whole bunch<\/strong>, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts<\/strong>, extraction via soft pigeages<\/strong>. The wine ages for 10 months<\/strong>, half in steel and half in amphora, without filtration.<\/p>\n In the glass, Radici expresses a surprising aromatic freshness, thanks to whole-bunch fermentation that releases Mediterranean notes and small red fruits.
