This data is necessary for the Site&#039;s operation, security, and abuse prevention.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Account and order data<\/h3>\n<p>Identification and contact information (name, surname, shipping\/billing address, email, telephone number), order content, preferences and notes entered at checkout; any purchase history.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Payments<\/h3>\n<p>Payments are handled by <strong>PayPal<\/strong> e <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (for cards). INFESTANT <strong>does not preserve<\/strong> complete card data. Payment providers process the data as <strong>self-employed owners<\/strong>; Only the data necessary to complete the payment (e.g., amount, email\/account name) is shared on the Site. Please see their respective privacy policies.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4 Shipping<\/h3>\n<p>To process orders we share strictly necessary data (name, address, telephone, delivery notes) with our shipping partner <strong>Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) \u2013 Centro Noci (BA)<\/strong>, which processes data as <strong>data controller<\/strong> on the instructions of the Owner.<\/p>\n<h3>2.5 Customer support<\/h3>\n<p>If you contact us (e.g., via email or form), we process the data you provide (identity, contact information, content of the request, any attachments) to respond to you and manage the ticket.<\/p>\n<h3>2.6 Analytics (66Analytics self-hosted)<\/h3>\n<p>We use <strong>66Analytics<\/strong> on infrastructure <strong>self-hosted<\/strong> at our disposal, <strong>configured in cookieless mode and with IP anonymization active<\/strong>. The system records in essential form: URLs\/pages visited, events (e.g. clicks\/scrolls), time spent, referrer, device\/operating system\/browser, approximate geographical area (city\/country), <strong>anonymized IP address<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> <em>legitimate interest<\/em> (art. 6.1.f GDPR) to aggregate audience measurement and improve the Site, with reduced impact on users&#039; rights and freedoms thanks to the absence of cookies\/identifiers and the anonymization of IP addresses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies\/Identifiers:<\/strong> <em>unused<\/em> from the current configuration of 66Analytics. In such cases, the transfers are based on <strong>standard contractual clauses<\/strong> (Article 46 GDPR) and, if necessary, additional measures. Analytics is <strong>self-hosted<\/strong> on servers available to us; where such servers are located outside the <strong>SEE<\/strong>, we will apply appropriate guarantees.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8) Rights of the interested party<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to <strong>log in<\/strong> to your data, <strong>rectify them<\/strong>, <strong>delete them<\/strong> (in the cases provided for), <strong>limit<\/strong> o <strong>to oppose<\/strong> to the treatment, and of <strong>portability<\/strong> of the data. You can also <strong>to revoke<\/strong> consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
