Gabrieli 2, 70015 Noci (BA), Italy<br \/>\n  <strong>Order\/Support Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:ordini@infestante.com\">ordini@infestante.com<\/a><\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>A) Withdrawal (change of mind) \u2013 consumers only<\/h2>\n<h3>A.1 When it applies<\/h3>\n<p>The consumer can withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from delivery of the product(s). The withdrawal applies <strong>Alone<\/strong> to B2C purchases (not to professionals\/companies) and <strong>subject to exceptions<\/strong> referred to in point A.2.<\/p>\n<h3>A.2 Exceptions for food products<\/h3>\n<p>For hygienic-sanitary reasons and\/or rapid perishability, <strong>the right of withdrawal is excluded<\/strong> For:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>goods <strong>sealed<\/strong> which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to the <strong>health protection<\/strong> if <strong>open<\/strong> after delivery (e.g. bottles of wine\/oil, preserves, purees, opened food packages);<\/li>\n<li>goods that <strong>are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly<\/strong> (where expressly indicated in the product sheet);<\/li>\n<li>goods <strong>personalized<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"note\"><em>If the food product is intact and sealed, does not fall under one of the exceptions above and is not perishable, the right of withdrawal is normally exercised.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>A.3 How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>Within 14 days of delivery, send a notice of withdrawal to <a href=\"mailto:ordini@infestante.com\">ordini@infestante.com<\/a> indicating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>object:<\/strong> \u201cWithdrawal + order number\u201d;<\/li>\n<li><strong>order data:<\/strong> number, date, name;<\/li>\n<li><strong>returned products<\/strong> and quantity;<\/li>\n<li><strong>delivery<\/strong> for any contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the <strong>standard form<\/strong> reported below (not mandatory).<\/p>\n<h3>A.4 Return of products<\/h3>\n<p>After writing to us, send us the products within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the withdrawal communication to:<\/p>\n<address>\n    <strong>INFESTANTE sas by Francesco Giannini<\/strong><br \/>\n    Via A. Gabrieli 2<br \/>\n    70015 Noci (BA) \u2013 Italy<br \/>\n  <\/address>\n<p><strong>Conditions for return eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>products <strong>intact<\/strong>, <strong>unopened<\/strong> e <strong>complete<\/strong> of packaging\/labels\/accessories;<\/li>\n<li>packaging suitable to avoid breakages during transport;<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>risk<\/strong> The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer until delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Return costs:<\/strong> at the customer&#039;s expense (unless otherwise indicated in writing by us).<br \/>\n  <strong>Initial delivery charges:<\/strong> if reimbursed, they are reimbursed in an amount equal to the <strong>standard shipping<\/strong> offer (any supplements for more expensive methods chosen by the customer are not refunded).<\/p>\n<h3>A.5 Refund<\/h3>\n<p>We will refund payments received for returned products. <strong>without undue delay<\/strong> and anyway within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from when we are informed of your decision to withdraw; we may <strong>withhold the refund<\/strong> until we have <strong>received the goods<\/strong> or <strong>proof of shipment<\/strong>. The refund takes place with the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<h3>A.6 Decrease in value<\/h3>\n<p>We may retain an amount corresponding to the <strong>decrease in value<\/strong> of goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>B) Damaged or non-compliant products (legal guarantee)<\/h2>\n<h3>B.1 Upon delivery (transport damage)<\/h3>\n<p>If the neck is visibly damaged, <strong>accept with reservation<\/strong> and photographs <strong>packaging and contents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you find any damage\/breakages or missing items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>write within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> a <a href=\"mailto:ordini@infestante.com\">ordini@infestante.com<\/a> (subject: \u201cDamaged + order number\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>attach <strong>clear photos<\/strong> of the external and internal packaging and of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will propose to you <strong>replacement<\/strong> o <strong>reimbursement<\/strong> for damaged items, at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h3>B.2 Non-conformities \/ defects<\/h3>\n<p>The products are covered by <strong>legal guarantee<\/strong>. In case of lack of conformity, contact us with a description and photos: we will evaluate <strong>restoration\/replacement<\/strong>, <strong>price reduction<\/strong> o <strong>resolution<\/strong> in the <strong>legal terms<\/strong>. Shipping costs are at our expense in the event of confirmed non-conformity.<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>C) Return packaging and shipping instructions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <strong>original packaging<\/strong> (if possible) and protect bottles\/jars adequately.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>return form<\/strong> or a sheet with <strong>order number<\/strong> and contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Ship with <strong>tracked service<\/strong> and keep the receipt until reimbursement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>D) Operational notes and limitations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partial returns:<\/strong> It is possible to return only some items from an order; the refund will be prorated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gifts:<\/strong> the refund will be made at\u2019<strong>buyer<\/strong> original.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extra refunds:<\/strong> We do not refund additional costs incurred by the customer (e.g. cash on delivery, delivery by appointment) if not included in the standard offer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content not compliant with policy:<\/strong> Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or refunded <strong>partially<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>E) Contacts<\/h2>\n<p>For returns, refunds and assistance:<br \/>\n  <a href=\"mailto:ordini@infestante.com\">ordini@infestante.com<\/a><\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>Standard withdrawal form (optional)<\/h2>\n<pre>\nRecipient: INFESTANTE sas di Francesco Giannini Address: via A.
