This policy governs returns and refunds for purchases made on infestante.com and is drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable legislation.

A) Withdrawal (change of mind) – consumers only
A.1 When it applies
The consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the product(s). The withdrawal applies Alone to B2C purchases (not to professionals/companies) and subject to exceptions referred to in point A.2.
A.2 Exceptions for food products
For hygienic-sanitary reasons and/or rapid perishability, the right of withdrawal is excluded For:
- goods sealed which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to the health protection if open after delivery (e.g. bottles of wine/oil, preserves, purees, opened food packages);
- goods that are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly (where expressly indicated in the product sheet);
- goods personalized.
If the food product is intact and sealed, does not fall under one of the exceptions above and is not perishable, the right of withdrawal is normally exercised.
A.3 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of delivery, send a notice of withdrawal to ordini@infestante.com indicating:
- object: “Withdrawal + order number”;
- order data: number, date, name;
- returned products and quantity;
- delivery for any contacts.
You can use the standard form reported below (not mandatory).
A.4 Return of products
After writing to us, send us the products within 14 days from the withdrawal communication to:

Conditions for return eligibility:
- products intact, unopened e complete of packaging/labels/accessories;
- packaging suitable to avoid breakages during transport;
- The risk The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer until delivery.
Return costs: at the customer's expense (unless otherwise indicated in writing by us).
Initial delivery charges: if reimbursed, they are reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard shipping offer (any supplements for more expensive methods chosen by the customer are not refunded).
A.5 Refund
We will refund payments received for returned products. without undue delay and anyway within 14 days from when we are informed of your decision to withdraw; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment. The refund takes place with the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
A.6 Decrease in value
We may retain an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
B) Damaged or non-compliant products (legal guarantee)
B.1 Upon delivery (transport damage)
If the neck is visibly damaged, accept with reservation and photographs packaging and contents.
If you find any damage/breakages or missing items:
- write within 48 hours a ordini@infestante.com (subject: “Damaged + order number”);
- attach clear photos of the external and internal packaging and of the product.
We will propose to you replacement o reimbursement for damaged items, at no cost to you.
B.2 Non-conformities / defects
The products are covered by legal guarantee. In case of lack of conformity, contact us with a description and photos: we will evaluate restoration/replacement, price reduction o resolution in the legal terms. Shipping costs are at our expense in the event of confirmed non-conformity.
C) Return packaging and shipping instructions
- Use the original packaging (if possible) and protect bottles/jars adequately.
- Enter the return form or a sheet with order number and contacts.
- Ship with tracked service and keep the receipt until reimbursement.
D) Operational notes and limitations
- Partial returns: It is possible to return only some items from an order; the refund will be prorated.
- Gifts: the refund will be made at’buyer original.
- Extra refunds: We do not refund additional costs incurred by the customer (e.g. cash on delivery, delivery by appointment) if not included in the standard offer.
- Content not compliant with policy: Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or refunded partially.
