Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olives of the variety Mola Peak, known locally as “Pizzutl”.
An ancient and resilient cultivar, typical of the Lower Murgia, now almost extinct due to its difficult harvesting and production. We chose it for its strong identity and what it represents: biodiversity resisting the standardization of intensive agriculture. The resulting oil has a powerful and complex flavor: bitter and rich in polyphenols, with hints of hazelnut, arugula, tomato leaf, and radicchio. It's an oil that stands out and powerfully expresses the region.

Extraction method: Cold pressed
