Our pasta comes from an agriculture that regenerates, not exploits.

We grow ancient grains in rotation in the fields of Noci and Putignano, in a living and biodiverse soil. The blend is stone-ground at Molino Dibenedetto in Altamura, one of the last artisanal semolina mills in Southern Italy. The transformation takes place at Pastificio Svevo in Gioia del Colle, where craftsmanship and innovation meet. The pasta is bronze-drawn, rough and porous, with excellent cooking properties and the ability to absorb any sauce. A pasta that speaks of the patience of the wheat and the strength of the earth.
